崗位職責(zé)：
1.了解、掌握教學(xué)大綱和德育剛要，制定語文學(xué)科教學(xué)計(jì)劃，鉆研教材，理解學(xué)生，撰寫教學(xué)教案，并認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n；
2.承擔(dān)小學(xué)語文課程教學(xué)工作，批改作業(yè)，輔導(dǎo)學(xué)困生；
3.承擔(dān)班主任工作，進(jìn)行班級(jí)日常管理；
4.做好家校溝通相關(guān)工作；
5.了解語文學(xué)科的科研動(dòng)向和教改信息，積極參加教科研活動(dòng)，提高教學(xué)與科研水平；
6.對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行階段性評(píng)估，設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估內(nèi)容，撰寫評(píng)估報(bào)告；
7.組織學(xué)科活動(dòng)及配合學(xué)部大型活動(dòng)等。
崗位要求：
1.漢語言文學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)，師范類院校碩士以上學(xué)歷，需持教師資格證書；
2.具有2年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及教學(xué)研究工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.熟練掌握辦公軟件和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的使用技巧；
4.具備教育心理學(xué)知識(shí)，較強(qiáng)的授課能力；
5.具有較強(qiáng)的親和力，講課生動(dòng)活潑，知識(shí)面寬廣；

Beijing Royal School (BRS) is affiliated with Beijing Fazheng Internation Education, which serves as the umbrella company for Dalian Royal School (also known as Jia Hui Education Group), Chengdu Royal School, Yuncheng Royal School, Sanya City College and Jining Royal School. Beijing Royal Hospital is also well-known in the Medical industry.
Established in 1996, BRS has emerged as one of the premier international schools in China offering the AP, Pre-AP, IB, A-Level, IGCSE and OSSD courses.
In February 2021, Our school recognized as a full accreditation by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and in October 2023, we recognized As a member of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges Accreditation (NEASC).
BRS offers comprehensive K12 education through its various divisions: Beijing Royal School (Senior High School), Beijing Royal Experimental School (Primary to Junior High School), and Beijing Royal Kindergarten. Our institution currently serves approximately 2,500 students, boasts a Chinese faculty of 500 members, and employs around 80 foreign teachers. Notably, approximately 15% of our foreign teachers hold leadership positions within the school. Senior High (Grade 10-12)
– AP English Teacher
Primary (Grade 1-6)
– PYP Homeroom Teacher
1. Working Days: Monday to Friday.
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week, each period lasts between 35-45 min depending on the grade level.
3. Develop lesson plans in alignment with school guidelines, employ adaptable and varied teaching methodologies, and proficiently accomplish teaching responsibilities.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or in the field of the applied teaching position.
2. Licensed teachers with accredited credentials are preferred. English language teaching certifications such as CELTA, DELTA are also welcomed.
3. More than two years teaching experience is preferred.
4. English Native speakers are preferred.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in education or related majors;
2.Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3.At least three years teaching experience;
4.Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5.Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
